Rhythm is the inner room... a smaller, more intimate gathering for the woman who is ready to go deeper. Everything in Roots comes with you. Here, we do the work that actually changes things.
Rhythm is for the woman who is ready to come inside. Deeper work, more Bobbi, and a circle of women doing the most courageous thing there is: coming home to themselves.
Once a month inside Rhythm, we gather live to honor a woman who has chosen to stop fighting her transition... and start tending it instead. Not because her body is finished with something. But because she has decided she is ready to be witnessed in this choosing.
For generations, perimenopause was barely spoken about. Most women are learning about this transition as they're living it, without context, without preparation, and without a map.
So we don't wait for a finish line that may be years away. We honor the woman who is in it right now, and has chosen to tend it instead of fight it.
The threshold we honor is not clinical. It is not a date on a calendar or a number in a lab result. It is the moment a woman looks at everything her body has been carrying and says:
For most of human history, women's transitions were marked with ceremony.
They were witnessed. Honored. Celebrated by their community. The crossing from one chapter of life into the next was considered sacred, not something to push through quietly, not something to manage or medicate or apologize for.
Somewhere along the way, we lost that.
In that moment, her sisters gather. Bobbi speaks her story. She releases what she is leaving behind. She claims what she is stepping into. And she is crowned, not by someone else's timeline, but by her own knowing.
There is a Queen Certificate waiting with her name on it.
There is a Queen badge she will carry in this community forever.
And there are women, real women, who know exactly what this costs, ready to witness every single moment of it.
This is the ceremony you deserved and never received.
We are giving it back.
You don't have to wait until menopause is over to be honored. The moment you choose to tend this transition instead of fight it, that is your threshold. And we will be there.

I have also attended several of her yoga classes and her instruction is clear and patient and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Thanks for bringing these holistic offerings to Harmony!
I have received Reiki healing from Bobbi as well as trained with her. I find her to be very intuitive and compassionate.

It was so eye opening and brings a calmness over you but also makes you really dig deep into your emotions. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I look forward to continuing my reiki journey.

The “problems” that seemed to keep coming up for me have resolved themselves. Seems pretty magical what a shift in energy can do. Thank you Bobbi I am so happy you are sharing your gifts with us❤️

Answer
The live workshop is where the magic happens; and I'd love to see you there. If life gets in the way, a replay will be available inside the community. But showing up live means you get to be part of the conversation in real time.
Once a month inside Rhythm, we gather to honor a woman who has chosen to stop fighting her transition, and start tending it instead. The Queen Ceremony is not a graduation. It is not a finish line. It is the sacred moment a woman looks at everything her body has been carrying and says: I see you. I honor you. I am ready. That threshold is hers to name. Not a doctor's. Not a calendar's. Hers.
It's a live, sacred ceremony where she is witnessed, celebrated, and crowned by her sisters.
There is nothing else like it." 🌿
Bobbi shows up here personally — this is not a content machine. When you post something, she sees it. The Hearth is rooted in ancient feminine wisdom, body trust, and real conversation about perimenopause that you won't find anywhere else. And the Queen Ceremony? There is genuinely nothing like it.
Rhythm is a monthly membership and you can cancel anytime. Founding members keep their $22/mo rate as long as they remain members.
Roots is your free gathering place — the workshop, book club, meditations, ceremonies, and community are all included at no cost. Rhythm goes deeper, with a monthly workbook for the workshop, a second intimate call, a private lounge, and the Queen Ceremony.
The Hearth lives on Circle, a beautiful, easy-to-use community app available on your phone or desktop. No Facebook groups, no algorithms, no ads.
Absolutely! Understanding your cycle, your body's wisdom, and the seasons of your life, is valuable at every stage. Many women wish they'd found this community sooner. The Hearth welcomes you wherever you are.
