This is a quiet space for slowing down and listening inward.
Here, healing isn’t something you work harder at or get better at over time. It begins with support — with responding to what your body is asking for, rather than correcting it. There’s no pressure to fix yourself, no expectation to push through, and no version of you that needs to be different before you belong. You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are and move at a pace that feels kind.
For women who are tired of trying to heal the "right" way.
You’ve collected tools, insights, and practices, yet still feel depleted
You care deeply for others but struggle to offer yourself the same gentleness
You’re tired of self-improvement that never seems to land in your body
You crave rest and space, but don’t want to be told what to do with it
You’re in a season of slowing down, recalibrating, or coming home to yourself
You might find yourself here if...
I work with women who are tired of trying to heal the “right” way, women who are capable, caring, and worn down by years of pushing through.
My approach is grounded in listening rather than fixing. I believe healing begins when the nervous system feels safe enough to soften, when the body’s signals are treated as information, not obstacles. I move slowly, honor cycles of rest and renewal, and create spaces where nothing needs to be earned before care is received.
I draw from trauma-aware yoga, Reiki, and lived experience; but more than anything, my work is shaped by presence. I don’t offer motivation or pressure. I offer support, steadiness, and permission to move at a pace that feels kind.
A growing library of meditations, breath work, and ceremony PDFs, all organized by intention so you can find exactly what your body is asking for, whenever you need it.
Every month we gather live... no recordings you'll save and never watch. Real teaching, real conversation, and space to tend what's arising in you.
A warm gathering space for women who are done pretending they're fine. Real conversation, real women, real talk... body trust, perimenopause, and coming home to yourself.
I went from not talking about a pivotal turning point in my life (for over 20 years) to telling my story to hundreds of people. My Self-Care Keynote, from January 2018, details a bit of the trauma I endured and how I began to heal through daily self-care.
